Hand Rules
We need a way to remember the arrangement of the magnetic field (B-field) and the force created by a moving charge.
The “Hand Rules” are used to remember the arrangement.
- Left hand for negative charges.
- Right hand for positive charges.
- There are three hand rules but the second is redundant - learn only the first and third!
