This is the equation of a circle. Center = (0,0)
Radius = 4
Graph the circle.
Now graph the line.  This is a special line.  It contains all the points whose y-coordinates are -4.

x2 + y2 = 16
y = -4

Find the points of intersection.  In this example there is only one.
